The ModelMe Photo Adventures Gift Certificate (Herein after called gift Certificate) has the following rules and regulations associated with it.

• The Gift Certificate has no value unless signed and dated by Dirk Boudry - Owner of ModelMe Photo Adventures, Delhi, Ontario, Canada.
• The Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
• The bearer (named on the Gift Certificate) is entitled to receive a Basic ModelMe Photo Adventures Package which includes the following:
  - A 1 hour consultation session
  - A 2 to 3 hour ModelMe Photo Shoot
  - A DVD containing photographer selected digital photographs
• Photo Shoots that require additional time and services beyond the Basic Package as stated above may include additional charges such as travel time to location outside of our local Delhi, Ontario locations, etc.
• The Gift Certificate must be redeemed before the expirey date stated on the Gift Certificate
• The Gift Certificate is good only for the person named on the certificate
• The 1 hour consultation and subsequent photo shoot must take place on a time and date agreed upon by both the photographer and bearer of the Gift Certificate.
• This Gift Certificate will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of ModelMe Photo Adventures's representative Dirk Boudry is final.
• ModelMe Photo Adventures reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
